Oversee daily warehouse operations, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and coordinating the movement of carpet and flooring rentals. Ensure accurate stock control, conduct quality inspections on returned items, and maintain safety standards.Manage logistics for deliveries and collections, oversee equipment maintenance, and provide operational reporting while ensuring high service levels and customer satisfaction.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Matric
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field advantageous
- Minimum 35 years warehouse supervisory experience within the events, rental, or logistics industry
- Strong leadership, staff management, and performance management capability
- Experience with inventory control systems and MS Office
- Forklift operation experience
- Valid licence and own transport essential
