• Align marketing messaging across government and private sector initiatives.
• Internal collaboration and alignment cross functional teams.

• Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team.
• Foster a high-performance culture and ensure alignment with organisational values.
• Performance of direct report.

• Develop and manage the marketing budget and ensure return on investment Track performance using KPIs and marketing analytics.

• Report on marketing impact to executive leadership and board structures.
• Comply with National Treasury/PFMA/King vi good governance.
