Purpose of the position:
Ensure effective services are rendered to the Clients, through the effective Management of subordinates/field teams while optimising on growth of market share within each retail group and minimizing of overall waste.
Preferred Minimum Requirements:
- Matric
- Driver's Licence
- Business degree or diploma
- Short course diplomas in FMCG industry
- Management/Supervisory Training
- 5 Years sales experience in a FMCG (sales and marketing role)
- 2 Years plus Management/Supervisory experience FMCG environment (sales management role)
- Knowledge of and Insight into principles of sales and marketing (specific FMCG/retail)
- Knowledge of Point of purchase/service standards and practices required by retail groups for
- Perishable products
- Understanding of/insight into FMCG retail trade trends in SA (specific Dairy)
- Administration and management
- Ability to market ideas and identify new markets.
- Ability Identify competitors and develop policies and procedures in order to obtain leading market edge
- Presentation skills

- People Management Skills
