Minimum Requirements
- Recently completed qualification in Social Work (graduated and qualified)
- No prior work experience required (preferred for fresh graduates)
- Valid drivers license (manual transmission essential)
- Willingness to travel between community sites as required
- Afrikaans and an additional African language (Sesotho beneficial)
- Working hours: 25 hours per week (5/8 post)
- No additional benefits
- Fixed-term contract: 6 months, renewable based on performance and business needs
- Passion for community upliftment and social development
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and work in diverse community environments
- Professional, reliable, and self-motivated
