Minimum Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
- Working knowledge of Sage (essential)
- Experience with quotations, costing, and parts administration
- Strong general administration skills
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Ideally between the ages of 30 and 40 years.
- Professional, dependable, and well-presented
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach
