Minimum Requirements
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Working knowledge of Sage (essential)
  • Experience with quotations, costing, and parts administration
  • Strong general administration skills
  • Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn

  • Ideally between the ages of 30 and 40 years.
  • Professional, dependable, and well-presented
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
