Production Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage post-production design and process changes across manufacturing operations
• Create, review, and maintain detailed manufacturing and inspection drawings
• Support production teams by troubleshooting and resolving technical and manufacturing issues
• Manage design transfer activities and oversee change control documentation
• Perform verification and validation of inspection equipment and processes
• Drive process validation and equipment qualification initiatives
• Handle non-conformance, investigations, and corrective actions to maintain quality standards
• Contribute to continuous improvement through data analysis and process optimisation
• Maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with quality systems and procedures

Minimum Requirements:

• BEng / BSc Eng in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering
• Minimum 2 years post-graduate experience in a design or production engineering role
• Strong CAD skills (SolidWorks or similar) and ability to interpret technical drawings
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes, inspection methods, and validation principles
• Strong analytical, reporting, and technical documentation skills

Advantageous Experience:

• Exposure to regulated industries or quality management systems (e.g. ISO standards)
• Experience with process validation, CAPA, non-conformance handling, and root cause analysis
• Knowledge of BOM/SKU management and product configuration control
• Data analysis and visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI)
