We are urgently seeking a strong and experienced Branch Manager to join our busy depot in Stellenbosch. The ideal candidate will lead the team, manage daily operations, and ensure sales and logistics targets are met while thriving under high-pressure conditions.
Location: Stellenbosch, Cape Town
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage depot staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Oversee logistics and inventory management.
- Drive sales growth and meet targets.
- Maintain high levels of customer service and client relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a manager, preferably in sales and logistics.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sales experience with a results-driven mindset.
- Experience in logistics, inventory, or warehouse operations.
- Fluent in Afrikaans.
