Greet and welcome customers

• Help customers find products and answer questions about them.
• Provide recommendations and product guidance.
• Inform customers about current promotions and sales.
• Process payments, handle returns, and address customer complaint
• Stock shelves with new merchandise and arrange displays.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
• Receive and unload new stock deliveries.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stocktaking.
• Ensure store security and be on the lookout for shoplifters or fraudulent transactions.
• Assist with administrative tasks and maintain customer records.
• Provide feedback on customer needs to management.
• Help the sales team achieve sales targets.
