Construction Support Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Support Manager to manage and support the delivery of infrastructure projects, while contributing to business development and client engagement.

• Construction-related qualification (e.g. Bachelors Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field)
• Eligibility for professional registration (e.g. PrQS, RICS, or equivalent)

• Proven experience in a management role within the construction industry
• Strong construction knowledge across project lifecycles
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant construction/project management software

• Manage and monitor infrastructure projects from inception to close-out
• Support contractors to ensure effective and compliant project delivery
• Attend and lead site meetings
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and clients
• Oversee project cost, quality, and timelines
• Ensure compliance with contracts, regulations, and standards
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Drive business development by identifying new opportunities and clients
• Support tenders, proposals, and client engagements
