We Are Hiring: Recruitment Specialist (Bulk Recruitment)

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Recruiter to join our team and manage high-volume recruitment projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end bulk recruitment processes
• Source, screen, and shortlist large volumes of candidates
• Coordinate interviews and assessments
• Build and maintain candidate databases
• Meet recruitment targets within tight deadlines
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process

Requirements:

• Matric and relevant tertiary qualification essential
• Certificate in human resources/business administration/ Labour Relations from a reputable training providers will be an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in recruitment, particularly in Industrial or distribution centre environments.
• - Proven experience in bulk or high-volume recruitment
• Strong sourcing and screening skills
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment platforms
