- Minimum Requirements:
- Qualified Electrician with Trade Test.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience within a manufacturing or factory maintenance environment.
- Manufacturing or factory maintenance experience essential.
- Strong electrical fault-finding and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of production equipment and plant maintenance.
- Ability to work shifts and under pressure.
- Strong attention to safety and compliance.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Electrical maintenance and repairs on factory equipment.
- Fault-finding and breakdown response.
- Preventative maintenance on production machinery.
- Minimise plant downtime and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure electrical compliance and safety standards are maintained.
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives within the plant.
