SENIOR HR (Temp)

Job Description:

This role requires a professional who can maintain confidentiality and uphold company policies at all times.

Location: Milnerton, Cape Town

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, contracts, and terminations.
• Oversee staff performance management, including setting and monitoring KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with labour legislation and internal HR policies.
• Maintain accurate personnel records and filing systems.
• Handle disciplinary procedures and employee relations matters.
• Provide HR support to management and employees as required.
• Prepare HR reports and documentation for audits or management review.

Experience & Requirements:

• Experience in a senior HR role.
• Strong understanding of HR practices, labour law and employment contracts.
• Excellent administrative, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Must be professional, assertive and maintain boundaries no fraternization with staff.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
