Personal Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Operations Manager and Director
  • Serve as the right hand to the Operations Manager, anticipating needs and taking initiative
  • Coordinate internal communications between departments to ensure smooth workflows
  • Manage schedules, meetings, emails, and travel arrangements
  • Assist with HR administration: onboarding, contracts, documentation, disciplinary procedures, and terminations
  • Support marketing activities including content preparation, coordination with design/print teams, and social media scheduling
  • Assist with customer communication, follow-ups, and general client relations
  • Maintain confidential files and records related to HR and business operations
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
  • Track tasks and ensure deadlines are met

Requirements:

  • Preferably aged between 3545
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Office Manager
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and basic labour legislation
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Strong interpersonal skills; able to build good relationships across all levels
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently without constant instruction
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Professional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Discreet and trustworthy with confidential information
  • Previous exposure to manufacturing, technical, or engineering environments is advantageous
