Key Tasks:

  1. Managing the FDs Schedule and Communications
  • Maintain and organise the FDs calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings.
  • Ensure the FD is well-prepared for meetings by compiling agendas, financial reports, and key documents.
  • Act as a gatekeeper, screening calls, emails, and requests to prioritise urgent matters.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and efficient communication.
  1. Prioritising Emails, Phone Calls, and Meeting Coordination
  • Monitor and respond to emails on behalf of the FD when necessary, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Handle confidential and time-sensitive correspondence professionally.
  • Arrange and coordinate high-level meetings, including board meetings and financial briefings.
  • Take minutes during key financial meetings and track action items.
  1. Providing Administrative and Accounting Support
  • Assist with the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and compliance documents.
  • Handle invoice processing, expense tracking, and reconciliation of financial statements.
  • Maintain and organise confidential financial records and documentation.
  • Support in preparing presentations, reports, and data analysis for strategic decision-making.
  1. Supporting Financial Compliance and Reporting
  • Ensure all financial documents, contracts, and reports adhere to regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in coordinating internal and external audits by gathering necessary financial documentation.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to track key financial deadlines and compliance submissions.
  1. Liaising with Internal and External Stakeholders
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the FD and executives, board members, and regulatory authorities.
  • Coordinate with vendors, legal teams, and external partners for financial agreements and compliance matters.
  • Represent the FD professionally in meetings and discussions when required.

Essential Qualifications/Experience:
