Senior Brand Operations Lead - Quick Service Restaurants

Requirements:

Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Operations or related field
Minimum 58 years experience in a senior multi-site or franchise management role within the restaurant, FMCG/retail or hospitality sector
QSR/Fast Food exposure
Strong financial acumen with proven experience managing budgets and P&L accountability
Demonstrated experience in franchise relationship management
Experience in new store development and site evaluation advantageous
Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Strategic thinking with strong commercial orientation
Results-driven with strong analytical ability
Ability to influence and obtain buy-in at franchise and executive level

Key Responsibilities:

The Senior Brand Operations Lead will take full accountability for the performance, profitability and strategic growth of the whole QSR brand. This includes oversight of franchise operations, financial performance, marketing execution, new store development, compliance, and team leadership.

The successful candidate will work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure the brand remains competitive, consistent and customer-focused, while delivering strong financial returns.
