Finance Manager - Revenue Focus

Our client operates missionâcritical infrastructure and is looking for a Financial Manager who thrives in fastâmoving, highâvolume environments. This role goes beyond reporting - youll partner closely with leaders, manage revenue at scale, and lead a finance team through complex operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own financial performance for a key legal entity
- Manage revenue, billing, and collections at scale
- Lead clientâfacing discussions around queries and escalations
- Support commercial decisions through pricing and contract input
- Perform handsâon finance work including reconciliations and analysis
- Lead and develop a multiâsite finance team
- Engage with senior stakeholders across finance, sales, and operations
- Ensure IFRS compliance, with a strong focus on IFRS 16
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- CTA / Honors or equivalent
- CA(SA) or CIMA beneficial
- 4+ years in a Financial Manager role
- Solid technical accounting foundation
- Strong IFRS knowledge, IFRS 16 experience required
- Proven experience managing people and stakeholders
- Advanced Excel and dataâdriven thinking
- Clear communicator with confidence in senior forums
- Problemâsolver who performs well under pressure
- Fully onsite role
