Key Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial planning
- Oversee cash flow, compliance, payroll, tax, and audit processes
- Provide strategic financial insight to support business growth
- Manage and develop the finance team and systems
- Partner with leadership on commercial and operational decision-making
- Ensure strong governance and risk management practices
- Chartered Accountant (SA) qualification preferred
- Minimum 5 years senior finance leadership experience
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking ability
- Experience in training, professional services, or financial services advantageous
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
