Salary: R 15 000.00 per month + commission

• 25 years experience in agency sales or advertising.
• Proven track record of exceeding quotas and achieving measurable results.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple accounts.

• Drive new business and expand existing accounts to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships with agencies and advertisers.
• Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives.
• Conduct cold calling, canvassing, and full-cycle sales (pitch to paperwork).
• Provide after-sales service and manage key accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored advertising solutions.
