The Role: Marketing Assistant
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support the day-to-day execution of key marketing activities. This role is heavily focused on delivery and coordination, ensuring marketing tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time.
You will support the wider marketing team through website updates, webinar coordination, email campaign execution, content publishing, inbox management, and general marketing administration. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured workflows, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and is motivated by completing high volumes of tasks to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities- 1+ year of experience in a marketing support, content marketing, administrative, or internship role
- Execute website and CMS updates, including banners, CTA updates, content refreshes, and removal of outdated information
- Maintain and update partner course listings to support performance and lead generation initiatives
- Assist with SEO-focused content freshness updates across the website
- Write short-form blog content covering industry news, statistics, reports, and trending topics
- Conduct trend research using tools such as Google Trends and contribute ideas during weekly content planning sessions
- Support the rollout of quarterly email campaigns by updating copy and imagery across large volumes of email assets
- Create and schedule marketing emails for prospects, students, and alumni databases
- Manage social media inboxes and marketing communications, ensuring professional and timely responses
- Coordinate webinar and event logistics, including scheduling, guest coordination, and communications
- Execute webinar promotion workflows to maximise attendance and engagement
- Compile post-webinar reporting data from Zoom and other platforms
- Ensure all follow-up communications and recording emails are sent promptly
- Support ad hoc marketing and administrative tasks as required by the wider team
- At least 1 year of experience within marketing, content support, digital administration, or a related role
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to write clearly and professionally in different formats
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable managing repetitive, execution-focused tasks efficiently
- Strong ability to manage deadlines and prioritise multiple tasks simultaneously
- Confident working independently and taking initiative when required
- Comfortable working with CMS platforms, email builders, CRM systems, and Zoom
- Strong proofreading skills with the ability to spot errors, inconsistencies, and broken links
- Professional and personable communication style when working with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Good understanding of digital marketing operations and content workflows
- A good eye for visual presentation and branding consistency is advantageous
- Experience with email marketing platforms, CRM systems, and webinar coordination would be beneficial
