Senior Sales Manager (marine sector)

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth and achieve sales and margin targets
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for marine lubricants
  • Manage and grow key marine accounts (ship owners, fleet operators, offshore clients)
  • Identify and secure new business within the marine sector
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team
  • Maintain strong relationships with ExxonMobil stakeholders
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum 810 years senior sales experience
  • Marine industry sales experience is essential and NON-NEGOTIABLE
  • Proven background in marine lubricants, shipping, offshore services, or related marine sectors
  • Strong track record in key account management and revenue growth
  • Demonstrated leadership and commercial capability
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
