Management Accountant

This role sits within a longâestablished business operating in the mining and industrial materials space. Youll work closely with two mining operations in the North-West, partnering with site and operational teams, contributing to commercial decisionâmaking, and gaining valuable siteâbased exposure alongside a Gauteng headâoffice role.

Duties- Prepare monthly management accounts and commentary
- Record and reconcile general ledger transactions
- Ensure compliance with statutory accounting requirements
- Produce accurate management and financial reports
- Support budgeting forecasting and variance analysis
- Analyse financial performance for management decisionâmaking
- Manage fixed assets accounting and depreciation
- Support procurement expenditure control and pricing
- Maintain ERP system controls and integrity
- Liaise with auditors and regulatory stakeholders
Skills & Experience:
- BCom in an Accountingârelated field (Essential)
- Completed SAIPA or SAICA articles (Advantageous)
- Exposure to Mining, Construction and Manufacturing environments (Highly advantageous)
- Minimum 4 years financial accounting experience
