Insight & Innovation Stay one step ahead with market trend analysis, competitor tracking, and brand health reporting. Run and interpret consumer research to shape messaging that resonates.
Content & Creative Direction Own the brands tone of voice, visuals, and storytelling across platforms. Collaborate with content, digital, and design teams to keep it fresh and consistent.
Skills & Experience (Not negotiable): 5+ years experience in brand management or senior marketing roles
Strong ATL, digital, and integrated campaign experienceA deep understanding of South African consumer dynamics especially in mass-market spaces
Killer project management and reporting skills
A commercial mindset and obsession with real results
