*Key Responsibilities:*- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Oversee financial reporting and compliance
- Manage cash flow, cost controls, and profitability analysis
- Partner with operations to drive efficiency and growth
- Supervise and develop the finance team
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in a financial management role, ideally within retail or manufacturing
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
- Proven experience with financial systems, ideally MSDynamics.
