Maintenance Professional (Millwright / Industrial Electrician)

Key Responsibilities
- Perform all-round mechanical and electrical maintenance on production machinery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment failures efficiently.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Work with conveyors, motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, relays, and frequency switches.
- Assist with welding (stainless steel/Alu) and light fabrication where required.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives on production lines.
- Adhere to strict safety and quality standards.
- Participate in shift-based operations and be available for overtime where needed.
- RED SEAL Trade Test, N5 or N6 Millwright / Industrial Electrician.
- Fluent in Afrikaans & English (essential, due to transition into Dutch).
- 2â4 yearsâ relevant experience in mechanical & electrical maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of troubleshooting in high-volume production environments.
- Exposure to Siemens PLC systems is advantageous.
- Valid driverâs licence and passport.
- Willing to work in shifts.
- Salary: ± â¬4,100 gross/month.
- 25 paid holidays + potential ADV days.
- 8.33% holiday allowance (paid in May annually).
- Overtime & shift allowance paid separately.
- Relocation support provided.
