Purpose of the Role :To lead and perform spraying activities within the production environment, ensuring high-quality finishes, adherence to specifications, and compliance with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced spraying tasks in line with technical specifications
- Oversee and guide junior sprayers where required
- Ensure quality control on all sprayed products
- Prepare surfaces and materials prior to application
- Maintain spraying equipment and ensure proper usage
- Adhere to all safety and operational procedures
Minimum Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sprayer in a manufacturing/industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of spraying techniques and materials
- Ability to read and follow technical instructions
- Good attention to detail and quality standards
Advantageous:
- Experience in fiberglass or composite materials
- Leadership or supervisory experience
