Production Admin Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to both Manufacturing and Production teams
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and filing systems
  • Assist with scheduling, reporting, and coordination of daily operations
  • Capture and update data on internal systems and spreadsheets
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and general correspondence
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication
  • Support procurement, stock tracking, and basic operational admin tasks
  • Handle general office administration duties as required

Requirements:

  • 35 years experience in a strong administrative role (preferably within manufacturing or production environments)
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Must be reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Must be able to work full-time in an office-based environment
  • Own reliable transport
