Internal Sales Consultant / Telesales (Half-Day)
Location: Client based in Germiston (Border of Edenvale)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 08h00 – 13h00
Salary & Commission- R6,000 basic salary for the first 3 months
- Thereafter: R3,000 basic salary + commission on all orders placed
- Commission applies to existing and new clients
- Earning potential: R15,000 – R20,000 per month, based on performance
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Internal Sales Consultant to manage incoming orders and generate new business through telesales. This is a half-day position, ideal for someone looking to earn additional income in a structured sales environment.
Key Responsibilities- Process and capture incoming customer orders accurately
- Conduct outbound telesales calls to generate new business
- Follow up with existing clients to secure repeat orders
- Maintain accurate customer and order records
- Meet sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
- Deliver professional and friendly customer service
- Previous telesales or internal sales experience (essential)
- Strong communication and telephone skills
- Confident, persuasive, and professional manner
- Ability to work independently and consistently meet targets
- Basic computer literacy
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Mature, experienced sales professional
- Looking for part-time or supplementary income
