About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Clerk to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and supporting daily accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices, receipts, and payments accurately and on time
  • Maintain and update financial records and ledgers
  • Reconcile bank statements and accounts
  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
  • Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end procedures
  • Handle filing and general administrative duties related to finance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations

Requirements:

  • Diploma or certificate in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a similar role is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
