Contract Manager Rosslyn

• Manage and oversee full security contract performance.
• Act as primary liaison with the client; conduct regular performance and SLA review meetings.
• Lead and manage security teams, ensuring discipline and operational excellence.
• Monitor and manage profitability, budgets, wage costs, and asset registers.
• Ensure PSiRA, OHS, and health & safety compliance, including incident reporting.
• Conduct staff performance reviews, manage rosters, leave, and absenteeism.
• Resolve client issues quickly and implement service improvements.
• Support business growth through client retention and upselling opportunities.

• NQF Level 6 qualification (equivalent to a three-year National Diploma)
• Grade 12 / Matric pass (non-negotiable)
• Grade A PSiRA certification (non-negotiable).
• Minimum 2 - 5 years proven experience in Security contract management.
• Strong client management, leadership, and people skills.
• Knowledge of South African labour law, PSiRA regulations, and OHS legislation.
• Valid drivers license and own vehicle (essential).
• Clear criminal record.
• Proactive, organized, and solutions-driven mindset.

• Competitive package: R18 500 to R30 000 CTC (inclusive of provident fund). Based on Qualification and Experience.
