Recruitment Administrator

This role is ideal for a strong administrator who is comfortable working at Executive level.

Ideal for a skilled Support candidate who is comfortable working from home, Monday to Friday and at the office, based in Cape Town city centre every 2nd Friday.

Requirements:

  • Working experience supporting an executive team
  • Matric
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organisational abilities
  • Deadline and out-put driven
  • Reliable and accountable for delivering tasks on time
  • Professional at all times
  • Ability to work with clients discreetly at senior executive level
  • Fully set up to work from home

Duties:

  • CRM updates
  • Various admin checks and typing of documents
  • Scheduling of complicated diaries - different time zones
  • Executive communication via email
  • PA assistance to one Director
  • Hands-on with various Ventor forms and documentation
  • Travel arrangements
  • Events / Lunch / Gifts ad hoc duties
