Accountant / Tax Practitioner

Minimum requirements:
- Accounting degree (BCom Accounting or equivalent)
- Registered Tax Practitioner
- CIBA or SAIBA registered
- Minimum 2 years accounting and tax practice experience
- Experience managing a portfolio of trusts, companies, deceased estates and individuals
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax legislation
- Experience with financial statements, tax compliance and accounting functions
- Ability to oversee bookkeeping, reconciliations and financial reporting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Sage, Draftworx and QuickBooks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage deadlines, client relationships and work independently
- Experience leading or mentoring junior staff
