Group Finance Manager - Pietermaritzburg - Hewitt Colenbrander

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all financial functions, ensuring IFRS compliance.
2. Implement systems to meet financial and statutory requirements.
3. Monitor and report on business performance.
4. Manage product costing and maintain BOM accuracy.
5. Handle payables, receivables, and statutory compliance, including import/export processes.
6. Liaise with auditors and ensure tax compliance.
7. Prepare annual budgets and financial statements.
8. Deliver monthly financial, cash flow, and manufacturing reports.
9. Analyze income statements and address variances.
10. Submit all statutory returns (EMP, workers' comp, etc.).
11. Manage Admin, HR, and Stores teams.
12. Oversee insurance coverage and claims.
13. Align B-BBEE with financial strategy.
14. Maintain 5S standards in admin and stores areas.
