Purpose of the Role:
The Service Administrator supports the service department by handling administrative duties, coordinating service activities, managing customer communication, and ensuring all service operations are well-documented and efficient.This role acts as a bridge between service technicians, customers, and management.

Qualification:
- Matric
- Bachelor's degree is beneficial
- Experience in administrative or customer service roles (preferably in a service-related field).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and service management software (e.g., SAP, Sage)
- Clear criminal record
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
- Work under pressure
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments, work orders, and technician assignments.
- Maintain accurate records of service requests, work performed, parts used, and customer interactions.
- Process service invoices, purchase orders, and warranty claims.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide updates on service status.
- Support the service team with documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies or parts.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.
- Generate service performance reports and assist in workflow optimization.
- Extra work has been devolved to the regions for example warranty claim
- KZN also receives all machine arrivals
