ð What Youll Be Doing:
- Lead, inspire, and manage a vehicle sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies.
- Ensure exceptional customer experiences and after-sales support.
- Analyse performance trends, stock levels, and market activity.
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales executives.
- Present sales results, insights, and opportunities to senior management.
𧰠What Were Looking For:
- Matric (Grade 12) essential
- Tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing or Business Management advantageous
- Minimum 5 years experience in the automotive industry
- At least 2 years in a sales leadership or management role
- Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- In-depth understanding of the vehicle sales process, finance, and customer relationship management
