National Brand Manager – Skincare / Beauty (Retail)
We are currently recruiting for an experienced and commercially driven National Brand Manager within the skincare and beauty retail space.
This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate who has a strong background in managing skincare or treatment-based brands within a retail environment and is passionate about driving brand growth and customer engagement.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving brand performance, ensuring alignment between marketing strategies, sales execution, and in-store presence.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and drive brand and sales strategies at store levelAnalyse market trends and customer behaviour to optimise performance
Monitor financial performance and manage budgets
Oversee promotions, campaigns, and product launches
Maintain supplier and distributor relationships
Ensure consistent in-store branding and messaging
Monitor stock levels and align with forecasts
Analyse campaign success and report on performance
Requirements
Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Business or related field5 – 8 years’ Brand / Marketing Management experience
Retail experience (essential)
Strong analytical and financial skills
Advanced MS Office
Driver’s licence & own transport
Willingness to travel
