Key Responsibilities:

• Procure materials per production schedules (local & international).
• Manage Tier 1 supplier and OEM relationships.
• Use MRP/ERP systems to plan purchases and maintain inventory.
• Track shipments, expedite orders, and resolve supplier issues.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and logistics teams.
• Evaluate suppliers, negotiate terms, and monitor performance.
• Prepare procurement reports, forecast, and spend analyses.
• Ensure compliance with policies, quality standards, and regulations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, or related field.
• 5 years or more experience in procurement/materials management (automotive, manufacturing, or Tier 1 supply chains).
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems.
• Knowledge of OEM standards and Tier 1 supplier requirements.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Based in Rosslyn/Pretoria; travel occasionally.
