QA Tester (Quality Assurance)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Perform manual and automated testing (functional, regression, integration)
• Identify, log, and track bugs using relevant tools
• Collaborate with developers to resolve issues efficiently
• Review requirements and ensure test coverage is comprehensive
• Maintain clear and up-to-date test documentation
• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards before release

Job Experience & Skills Required / Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience as a QA Tester or Software Tester
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Experience with bug tracking tools such as Jira or similar
• Exposure to automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) advantageous
• Basic knowledge of SQL or scripting beneficial
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Relevant IT qualification (Diploma/Degree) preferred
• ISTQB certification advantageous
