QA Tester (Quality Assurance)

An exciting opportunity is available within a dynamic IT Business Systems team for an Intermediate QA Tester. Youll play a critical role in ensuring high-quality software delivery by performing thorough manual testing across the full SDLC, supporting business continuity and system reliability.

• Work on enterprise-level systems and applications
• Gain exposure to full SDLC and Agile environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Strengthen your testing and analytical expertise
• Be part of continuous improvement initiatives

• Conduct end-to-end manual testing across multiple environments
• Create and maintain test cases, scenarios, and documentation
• Identify, log, and track defects through to resolution
• Support release readiness and post-implementation validation
• Contribute to QA process improvements and retrospectives

• 25 years experience in software testing across multiple applications
• Relevant IT degree with ISTQB certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, testing methodologies, and Agile practices
• Experience with tools like JIRA and basic SQL for data validation
• Detail-oriented, analytical thinker with strong communication skills
