Creditors Clerk

Accounts Payable:

• Capture and process supplier invoices accurately.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Follow up on reconciling items and outstanding queries.
• Prepare and schedule weekly supplier payments.

Payroll Support (VIP Payroll):

• Assist with bi-weekly payroll processing.
• Update and maintain provident fund contributions.
• Manage and update staff debt records.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar Creditors Clerk role.
• Proficient in Pastel Evolution (Evolution).
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans (written and spoken).
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new systems (e.g., Sigma, Instant Retail).
• Payroll experience using VIP will be a strong advantage.
