Minimum Requirements
- Mechanical or strong technical background
- Previous technical sales experience
- Industrial / Technical paint /coatings experience and knowledge is essential such as industrial coatings | protective coatings | corrosion protection | primers | topcoats | polyurethane coatings | epoxy coatings | aerospace coatings | OEM coatings
- Experience within an industrial, engineering or manufacturing environment will be advantageous
- Strong new business development and key account management skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Able to work independently and effectively manage your own schedule
- Valid drivers licence
- Own reliable vehicle
- Willing and able to travel locally and internationally
- Sell industrial paint/coatings and aircraft ground support equipment
- Develop and maintain key customer accounts
- Identify and secure new business opportunities
- Build relationships with OEMs, capital goods, rail and wind turbine companies
- Provide customers with technical product support and solutions
- Conduct regular customer visits and travel as required
- Manage your own sales pipeline, diary and customer activities
