Tool & Die Maker/ CNC Programmer

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience with CNC milling and turning machines
• At least 2 years experience programming using CAM software
• Proficiency in Edgecam and/or Fusion 360 is essential
• Strong knowledge of machining principles, tooling, and materials
• Ability to read and interpret detailed engineering drawings
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, optimise, and maintain CNC programs using Edgecam and/or Fusion 360
• Set up machining processes to maximise efficiency, accuracy, and output
• Translate complex technical drawings into precise machining instructions
• Ensure all components meet strict quality and tolerance requirements
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reduction
• Collaborate with production teams to drive operational excellence
