Role Overview
This role is ideal for a sales-driven individual with a deep understanding of Microsofts cloud offerings and a passion for building client relationships. You will play a critical role in promoting Microsoft technologiesincluding Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics, and Power BIto new and existing clients, helping them unlock the full value of cloud-based business solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Drive the sales of Microsoft solutions including Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics, and Power BI.
- Conduct discovery sessions with prospective clients to understand cloud, productivity, and security requirements.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and walkthroughs tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with technical delivery teams to support successful implementation and post-sales support.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand client engagement.
- Cultivate long-term client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and fostering client advocacy.
- Keep abreast of Microsoft product updates and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.
- Proven experience in IT solution sales, preferably focused on Microsoft cloud products.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics 365, and Power BI.
- Strong grasp of cloud computing, SaaS, and business application models.
- Ability to conduct consultative sales discussions and craft tailored proposals.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
- Experience engaging clients in the SADC region is advantageous.
- Microsoft certifications such as AZ-900, MS-900, or Dynamics-related certifications.
- Background in enterprise software sales or selling into mid-to-large enterprises.
- Skilled negotiator with a strategic sales mindset.
