Requirements:
- Trade-Tested Millwright (Red Seal essential).
- 5+ years experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
- Experience managing or mentoring junior staff.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance systems.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Safety-conscious and reliable under pressure
- Experience in footwear, textiles, or similar fast-paced production environments.
- Welding, fabrication, or light construction skills.
- Basic knowledge of PLCs or automation systems.
