Minimum Requirements:
- Matric and minimum N2 Trade theory
- Trade tested (With Apprenticeship)
- Knowledge of legislative and statutory requirements in SA
- Experience working in a FMCG environment
- Knowledge of equipment and machinery
- FCCS 22000 ISO 14001 OHSAS 18001 certificate/s advantageous
Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Follow Routine activities plan
- Carry out Non-Routine activities
- Breakdowns/Corrective
- Work with automated systems - CMMS - MP9, Scada
- Troubleshoot equipment.
- Complete Order request form for Material & Spares required
- Assist with installations
- Maintain a clean & safe environment
- Adhere to health and safety in maintenance workshop and facility
- Die change
- Start up and Shutdown
- Spares Consumption recording
