Logistics Coordinator

Our client is looking for a highly organized and proactive Logistics Coordinator with at least 2 years of experience in coordinating supply chain and transportation processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and timely movement of goods while maintaining compliance with internal procedures and external regulations.

• Coordinate and monitor the movement of goods from suppliers to customers
• Liaise with transporters, warehouses, and other service providers to manage logistics activities
• Track shipments and deliveries to ensure on-time arrival and resolve any transportation delays
• Prepare and maintain shipping documentation, customs paperwork, and inventory records
• Manage import/export processes and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
• Communicate with internal departments to align delivery schedules with production and sales plans
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance logistics efficiency
• Handle customer service queries related to logistics and delivery

• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Knowledge of logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Understanding of supply chain processes and transportation management
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a logistics, supply chain, or transport coordination role
• Experience with import/export processes is an advantage
• Familiarity with inventory management and customs procedures is preferred

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
