Costing and Warranty Administrator
ARCS Johannesburg R 18,000/month
DESIRED REQUIREMENTS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
- Relevant training in a related field will be an advantage
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Costing and Warranty Clerk within a dealership environment
- Strong computer literacy (MS Office)
- Experience with Evolve, CMS, or similar dealership management systems is essential
- Strong understanding of aftersales operations, including Service, Workshop, Parts, and Customer Care
- Strong analytical and business acumen
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer relations skills
- Solid work ethic and ability to work well within a team
- Experience with warranty claims advantageous
- Must reside in the East Rand or surrounding areas
