On behalf of a premier, multi-branch financial services firm, we are seeking a highly organized, numerically sharp Senior HR & Administration Manager to take sole ownership of a critical, load-bearing portfolio. This role balances high-level strategic oversight with rigorous, hands-on operational execution.
As detailed in the Senior_HR_Admin_Manager_Job_Description (1).docx, you will act as the primary interface between executive leadership, a national network of financial advisors, and top-tier corporate stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Benefits & Health Admin: Act as the sole custodian of the companys Group Risk and Health benefit programs; managing monthly data schedules, resolving billing discrepancies, and tracking claims.
- Advisor Reserve Fund Management: Execute sensitive financial administration by managing internal registers and external investment platform accounts (Investec/Ninety-One); processing authorized withdrawals, tracking interest, and issuing statements.
- Core HR & Compliance: Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, onboarding, and performance review cycles while ensuring strict compliance with EE, BBBEE, and WSP/ATR reporting.
- Employee Relations: Serve as an unbiased Chairperson for disciplinary and grievance hearings, partnering with external labor legal advisors to ensure 100% procedural fairness.
- Industry Experience: Proven track record in a senior HR/operational role, specifically within financial services or wealth management.
- Financial Numeracy: Exceptional capability working with billing statements, fund balances, and payroll datayou spot variances immediately.
- Compliance DNA: Deep, functional knowledge of South African labor legislation (LRA, BCEA) and compliance frameworks (FICA, POPIA).
