• Source, screen, and interview candidates
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates including new business development
• Telesales
• Manage job advertisements and candidate databases
• Coordinate interviews and recruitment processes
• Maintain accurate records and administrative documentation
• Use recruitment software and CRM systems effectively
• Deliver an excellent candidate and client experience throughout the recruitment process
