MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- 4 Year degree (NQF 8) in Civil Engineering / Architecture /Quantity Surveying.
- PrEng/PrEngTech or SACQSP (Quantity Surveyor) or SACAPSA (Architecture).
- 6 years minimum experience in the Built Environment and Environment maintenance planning.
- 2 - 3 years managerial experience.
ADDITIONAL ADVANTAGES:
- Experience as a principal agent on a construction project (knowledge of contracts & legal requirements).
- Experience in a higher education context.
- OSHA Certification.
