Senior Manager: Project Planning, Maintenance & Infrastructure

• Lead the Projects & Planning, Infrastructure & Maintenance functions.
• Organisational Unit Staff Management.
• Financial Planning & Budgeting.
• Infrastructure Maintenance Planning Management.
• Infrastructure Project Management for Large Capital Projects.
• Infrastructure / Built Environment Maintenance Management.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Masters degree in Built Environment (Civil/Structural Engineering)
• 8 years minimum experience in the Built Environment.
• 3 years in managerial capacity, leading a team of professionals.
• Proven experience in project management track record in the built environment.
• Professional registration in the following: Engineering Council of SA (ECSA), Project Management SA (PMSA), Project Management Institute (PMI) & South African Council for the Project and Construction Management Professions (SACPCMP).

ADDITIONAL ADVANTAGES:

• 5 years minimum experience in management of infrastructure maintenance.
• Experience in a higher education context an added advantage.
